- No returns or exchanges from items specifically marked “FINAL SALE”.
- We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel.
- Paddles that show signs of abuse are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Once a return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for your original payment method to be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- All products purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned during our extended 60 day holiday return period.
* Return requests for pickleball products with excessive damage, or after the No Worries 30-Day Guarantee trial period, may still be accepted on a per case basis and solely at the discretion of Chill Pickle. Email info@chillpickleball.com to see if your paddle is eligible for a return.
To initiate your return request, email info@chillpickleball.com with your order number in the subject line and a brief description of why you are returning the product. If you prefer to exchange your paddle, include the desired exchange model information in your email. A member of our team will respond to your request within 24 hours.
