Not sure if a Chill Pickle Paddle will elevate your game? Well give it a try, risk-free. That’s right, if our paddle doesn’t improve your play, return it for a full refund within 30-days. No worries…honestly. The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a pickleball paddle that doesn’t feel right for you. So, if you’ve been wanting to try a carbon fiber or raw carbon fiber pickleball paddle, but have a fear of buyer’s remorse, then you’re in luck. Grab one online, hit the courts, and send it back to us if you don’t love it. All we ask is that you please try to keep the paddle in the best shape you can while taking it for a test spin. At Chill Pickle, we go above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction with every customer we have the privilege to serve. We make it easy to enjoy a stress-free shopping experience by providing an easy, streamlined return and refund process. Here’s how it works:


All pickleball products purchased at Chill Pickle are backed by our No Worries 30-day Guarantee*. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may submit a return request to our team at within 30 days to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • No returns or exchanges from items specifically marked “FINAL SALE”.
  • We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel.
  • Paddles that show signs of abuse are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Once a return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for your original payment method to be refunded.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All products purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned during our extended 60 day holiday return period.

* Return requests for pickleball products with excessive damage, or after the No Worries 30-Day Guarantee trial period, may still be accepted on a per case basis and solely at the discretion of Chill Pickle. Email to see if your paddle is eligible for a return.

To initiate your return request, email with your order number in the subject line and a brief description of why you are returning the product. If you prefer to exchange your paddle, include the desired exchange model information in your email. A member of our team will respond to your request within 24 hours.


Once a return is received and processed, we will refund the original payment method within 3 – 5 business days. Alternatively, customers who are exchanging a product for another item in our store may have their refund amount applied to the total for their replacement product.
