What are Chill Pickle pickleball paddles made of?
Chill Pickle offers several different types of pickleball paddles, each designed with different player skill levels and playing styles in mind. Our selection includes:
- Beginner Pickleball Paddles: Constructed from composite fiberglass with a polypropylene core.
- Intermediate Pickleball Paddles: Constructed from carbon fiber with Spinzation Texture and a polypropylene core.
- Professional Pickleball Paddles: Constructed from T700 raw carbon fiber with Spinzation Texture and a polypropylene core.

How long do pickleball paddles last?
The lifespan of your Chill Pickle pickleball paddle will depend on how well you maintain it; however, a general rule of thumb is to plan on replacing your pickleball paddle once every 2 – 3 years.
Where are your pickleball paddles manufactured?
Chill Pickle paddles are designed and tested in the USA. They are produced in China through a manufacturing partner with decades of experience in the racquet sports industry.
How do I take care of my new pickleball paddle?
There are three key components to proper paddle care that will help protect your investment for the long-term:
- Cleanliness: Be sure to keep your paddle clean by either wiping it with glass cleaner, or using our Revive-Pad Paddle Eraser to remove plastic ball residue buildup and restore your paddle surface to like-new condition.
- Climate Control: Avoid leaving your pickleball paddle out in the extreme heat or cold as this can lead to excess wear and tear, and may require you to replace your paddle earlier than necessary.
- Covering: Invest in a protective cover for your pickleball paddle, such as our ultra-thick, premium neoprene pickleball paddle covers designed to keep your paddle protected for the long-term.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Chill Pickle is happy to back each of our products by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you do not love the product, you may submit a return request by emailing our team at info@chillpickleball.com. Read more about our return and refund policy by visiting our Return & Refund page.
When and how do you process refunds?
We will process a full refund on any products returned to us in compliance with our return and refund policy. Once your return is received, please allow 3 – 5 business days for your original payment method to be refunded. Do you offer a lifetime warranty on your pickleball paddles?
We purposely design each of our paddles with maximum durability in mind. As such, we stand behind the quality of our paddles with a lifetime warranty. However, there are certain things that our lifetime warranty will not cover, including:
- Paddles damaged by pets
- Paddles damaged in fits of rage or caused by excess abuse
- Paddles left behind at the court
- Paddles damaged by normal wear and tear
If you have an issue with your paddle and feel it should be covered under our lifetime warranty, we encourage you to reach out to our team at info@chillpickleball.com to file a claim and see if you’re eligible to receive a replacement paddle. A member of our team will respond within 24 hours to assist with your claim.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, Chill Pickle is unable to ship internationally at this time. However, as we continue to grow and expand, this may be subject to change. What is Chill Pickle’s shipping policy?
Chill Pickle is proud to offer free shipping on all orders $75+ placed within the United States. Orders less than $75 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee at checkout; however, customers may be able to use a discount code to redeem free shipping on orders less than $75. We ask that you please allow one business day for your order to process. After that, we’ll send you a shipping notification email containing your tracking information.
