Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Marketers

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Chill Pickle Affiliate Marketing Program. These terms and conditions are designed to outline the rules and guidelines for our affiliate partners. By signing up for the Chill Pickle Affiliate Marketing Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Affiliate Obligations
2.1. As an affiliate, you agree to promote our products and services in a manner that is ethical and in alignment with our brand values.
2.2. You must disclose the affiliate relationship on all promotional content as required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and any other applicable regulations.

3. Payment Terms
3.1. Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale referred to Chill Pickle through properly-coded affiliate links, as detailed in the commission structure.
3.2. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided that the commission owed is above the minimum threshold. All payments are subject to audit for accuracy.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Chill Pickle grants affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks and promotional materials for the purpose of the affiliate marketing program.
4.2. Affiliates are not permitted to alter or modify any trademarks or promotional materials provided by Chill Pickle without prior written consent.

5. Termination
5.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice to the other party.
5.2. Upon termination, the affiliate must remove all affiliate links and cease using our promotional materials.

6. Limitation of Liability
Chill Pickle will not be liable for any indirect or accidental damages (including loss of revenue or profit) related to the affiliate marketing program or this agreement.

7. Amendments
Chill Pickle reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and must comply with the revised terms.
